We were in a hurry next morning trying to get everything we needed because we didn't want to miss our flight. We barely made on time for the flight, I text Dom to let him know that we were leaving now. I sat next to Alexa on the flight "How are you feeling?"

I look at her and I whisper so that way Will can't hear me. "Is it bad that I am worried about him?" "About Luke?" I nod to her and I look at Will and Julian in their own conversation. "No, I understand you cared about him and it doesn't mean that just goes away because you broke up."

"I just don't understand why he would do that? He has never done anything  like  that." "I wish I could give you an answer for it. Love makes you do crazy things." "Love? He loved me but I don't think I ever really loved him." 

I look over at Will seeing him smile as he talks to Julian "You love him." Alexa says I look over a her with this smile on my face. "Is that crazy? For me to love him this much already and I have only known him for 2 months now." 

She smiles at me "I think love in general is a crazy thing there will never be an answer for it. I think this time it's real, you just have this glow about you when he is around. Like everything is perfect when you two are together it's different. You weren't like that when you were with Luke."

"I didn't feel like this when I was was with Luke. What about you though I see how you are with Julian, the smile I have been waiting 2 years to see again and he is the only one who can make it happen."

"I didn't think it would be possible for me to feel anything for a guy again after Nick. I'm glad that when I did decided to open up again it is with him." "Do you love him?" "Right now I know that I like him a lot, and maybe it is love but love is not what I want to call it right now. I'm just not ready for that word yet."

The plane landed and I hadn't even asked where the show was but I knew as soon as I got off. "Did you know the show was here in Texas?" I say to Alexa she nods her head to me "You didn't think about telling me." 

"Well I knew that it would probably upset you so I didn't say anything." "It's okay I just don't want my parents to know that I am here." She nods to me "Are you going to go see your mom?" "Yes I am going to go see her do you want to come? Will she tell my parents that I am here?" "I will tell her not to tell them." 

I nod to her "Are you taking Julian?" "I still haven't decided yet if I am or not." It was a hard decision I mean they hadn't been together that long and deciding when it's a good time is well I don't think there ever is.

We got to the hotel and put our things away "So what are the plans?" I ask Will "Julian and I need to go check out the venue get everything set up and then we need to do sound check and get ready for the meet and greet. So it's going to be busy, are you and Alexa gonna join in on all the fun?" 

"Well I think we are going to go see her family and then we can just meet up with you." "Are you going to go see your family?" "No." "Why not?" "Why should I? So I can hear my mother complain about the way I live my life? Have her question me like she does, I don't want to see her."

"Okay but I don't want to be a reason why you don't see them." "You aren't I haven't see them in over a year already and it's not because of you. I am not going to sit there and listen to them tell me things about you either. They have it in their heads that you are this bad person and they don't even know you, it's because they would rather believe what Luke says then what I say. So it isn't you at all it's them."

"Okay I'm sorry to upset you about this." "It's fine it isn't your fault it's mine." "Are you hungry?" I smile at him and nod my head "Well let's all go out to eat we have a few hours before we get busy." I nod to him as we go talk to Julian and Alexa and then leave to go get something to eat.

We took them to the cheesecake factory because it was one of our favorite places to eat. We ordered our drinks and food and just sat there and talked about today. I was getting up to go to the bathroom when I hear someone say my name "Alessa is that you?" I turn to see my mother and Alexa's mom.

"What are you doing here and when did you get here?" I smile at Alexa's mom and give her a hug totally ignoring my mother. "Hey Ellen Alexa and I were going to go see you after we ate." "Alexa is here?" I nod to her as I walk back over to the table "Hey mom" Alexa says "What are you girls doing here?" 

I look over at Will and he is just staring at me "Who do we have here?" Ellen says "This is Julian and William." Alexa says "Oh Julian and William." She says as she looks at my mother, I roll my eyes and Will grabs my hand. "Um Julian this is my mother Ellen." Alexa says "It's very nice to meet you." 

He says to her as he gets up and hugs her, I still don't say anything to my mother. Ellen looks over at me "This is my boyfriend Will." I say to her he gives her a hug too "Hi I am Alessa's mother." My mom says as she holds out her hand to him and he takes it.

"So were you not going to tell me you were here?" "No." I say to her "So that is how it's going to be you are going to chose some boy over your family?" "Wow and then you wonder why we can't have a decent conversation."

"We heard Luke was in jail." "Okay." "Why did you call the cops on him, you know now he might not have a job." "That is my problem how?" "You are the one who put him in jail." "No he put himself there, I didn't make him do the things he did, I didn't have a fucking gun to his head telling him to do that. How dare you try to blame me for what he does on his own."

"If you would have just talk." "No! Don't fucking say if I had just talk to him I did talk to him more then once and I told him I was done with him. Yet he still harassed me and told you all lies and look where he is now. He did that to himself and yet you stand here and blame me for it."

"Yes because if you weren't with him you would make better choices." I could feel the tears running down my cheek as I got right into my mother's face. William grabs me but I get out of his hold "He has been the best choice I have ever made." I pushed passed her and left I made my way back to the hotel and I cried for a little while before I fell asleep.

I wasn't sure how long I had been asleep but by the time I knew it Alexa was waking me up. "Alessa you need to get up and get ready." She says to me I slowly open my eyes and see that it's 6:30. I hurry to take a quick shower and get ready. I had several text and calls from Dom.

We made our way to the venue "Are you okay?" I nod to her as we get out, the fresh air felt really nice so I told Alexa I would meet them inside in a little while. I pulled my phone out and called my brother. "Hey I have been calling you all day." "I know I'm sorry I was asleep." "Ellen called me and then Alexa called me and told me what happened."

"I don't understand her Dom why is it that I don't ever do anything right when it comes to her?" "I had no idea it had gotten this bad and I'm sorry." "It isn't your fault it's not anyone's fault but hers. I don't know what I have done so wrong to her." "It isn't your job to figure it out Alessa it's on her now."

"Well the show is fixing to start I will talk to you tomorrow. " "Okay I love you Alessa." "I love you too Dom." I hang up the phone as I make my way inside and to the dressing room. I walk in and find Will meditating so I don't bother him. I walk over to Alexa who is pouring herself a drink.

"Is everything okay?" "Yes I was talking to Dom." "Yeah I called him. " "He told me, I just don't understand why she acts that way with me." Before Alexa could say anything else a girl walks in "Guess who is here?" She says she too had an accent like Will's and Julian's.

"No way mate Ellise what the hell are you doing here?" Julian says as he walks over to her and hugs her. Alexa and I share a glance at each other. We don't say anything as she walks over to Will and kisses him on the lips. To say that didn't piss me off would be a lie. Alexa looks at me and I shake my head as we watch them talk like we weren't even there.

She kept touching Will on the arm and by this point I was really annoyed with it all. I guess Alexa could tell "Do you wanna go out and stands with the crowd maybe get some drinks?" I nod to her leaving as I look back at Will before we walk out the door. Some of our old friends were here and we quickly got into conversation with them.

Only they kept asking how I managed to end up with William I really didn't want to talk about him.  Julian came out on stage but Alexa and I kept talking to our old friends. Then Will came out and along with him was Ellise. I could hear some talk now about how she was his ex and there was a lot of stares my direction too.

"So what are yall doing after the show?" Kenzi asks "Going to the club down the street." Alexa says "You two should totally come. " I say to them "Wow it seriously has been forever since we seen you two." Ash says we listen to the music and watching Ellise dancing up there with William, that was it for me. By the end of the show I was so pissed Alexa and I had decided to ride with Kenzi and Ash to the club.

I went straight to the bar and got two rounds of shots and some drinks. We found a booth in the corner and sat down and talked and laughed a little while later William shows up with Ellise still in tow. She had her arm intertwined with his "What the fuck is up with this girl?" Alexa says to me.

They made their way over to us and Will sat beside me, he quickly got into a conversation with Ellise and he still hadn't introduced me to her. I sat there for a little while trying to ignore the fact that they had this chemistry, as if my day couldn't get any worse. Kenzi, Alexa and I got up to go dance. I couldn't keep my eyes off of them and then she gets up and sits in his lap. 

He didn't even seem to try and get her off either, "What the fuck!" I say and Alexa look in the direction I am looking "What the hell." I was pissed at this point I couldn't just ignore it anymore so I started walking over there. "Alessa?" I ignore Alexa as she tries to stop me.

 "What the fuck is this?" I say to Will "Hey what's your problem?" Ellise says "You are my problem right now." I say to her she stands up and get in my face but Will quickly gets between us. "Who is this girl Will?" I laugh "Yeah Will tell her who I am since we haven't been formally introduced all fucking night." I say 

"If you need to know I am his girlfriend." I say to her "Your girlfriend?" "Yes she is my girlfriend." He says "Alessa please calm down." He say and this only pisses me off more "I am not going to stand here and let you make a fool of me William, you got me fucked up if you think that at all. Don't tell me to calm down when I have been watching her flirt with you this whole fucking night.

Not once did you even try to introduce me to her and it is obvious you didn't tell her you had a girlfriend. Then I look over and that bitch is sitting in your lap and you do nothing about it and you think I am supposed to be fine with that? What part of that seems okay to you?" 

"Alessa I'm sorry." "No sorry isn't good enough Will because no love is worth this much pain and if she is who you want then okay because as of right now I am done." I turn to walk away and he grabs my hand "Alessa?" I pull my hand away from him and keep walking. Alexa quickly follows as she calls and Uber and it takes us back to the hotel.

I cry and Alexa holds me as I lay there "How could I have let myself fall in love?" I say to her "I don't know." She says I wasn't sure how long I cried for but I eventually fell asleep. I felt someone lay down beside me "Alexa is that you?" I say in a mumble "No." I knew it was Will and I didn't say anything. 

"Alessa I'm sorry that I hurt you." He says "Is this how it is going to be if I were to go with you? I would have to sit around and watch this girl all over you? It's one thing when they are fans but to watch your ex all over you and you not say anything or introduce us is a whole different thing. I will not be made a fool of not by you not by anyone."

"I do not want her at all and I would not ever make you look like a fool. I want you Alessa and only you, yes I fucked up tonight and that was not right and I'm sorry." "I know you are I just don't know if I can do that again." "You said you loved me." "Yes I did because I do and I don't understand it at all."

"I love you too, Alessa please give me a chance to prove to you that is true."
